  "text": "A person who has been remanded for trial by court-martial before 1st April 1997 but has not been served with a copy of the charge sheet shall be treated as if a case in respect of him had been referred to the prosecuting authority under section 52C(1) of the 1957 Act and the prosecuting authority has considered under section 52I(4) of the 1957 Act that court-martial proceedings should be instituted.",
