  "text": "Subject to article 3 of this Order, the following provisions of the Armed Forces Act 2001 (“the Act”) shall come into force on 28th February 2002—\nsection 17 and Schedule 1;\nsection 18;\nsection 19 and Schedule 2;\nsection 23;\nsection 24;\nsection 32(9) so far as is necessary to bring into force Schedule 5 to the extent specified below;\nsection 34 so far as is necessary to bring into force Schedule 6 to the extent specified below;\nsection 38 so far as is necessary to bring into force Schedule 7 to the extent specified below;\nin Schedule 5, paragraph 5(2)(b) and (4);\nin Schedule 6, paragraph 59;\nPart 1 of Schedule 7.",
