  "text": "The following provisions of the Armed Forces Act 2001 (“the Act”) shall come into force on 30th September 2003—\nsections 2 to 11;\nsections 13 to 16;\nsection 31;\nsection 34 so far as is necessary to bring into force Schedule 6 to the extent specified below;\nin Schedule 6, paragraphs 41 and 42.",
