Paragraph 24 Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Exemptions from Civil Recovery) Order 2003

At the end of Part 2 of the Schedule to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Exemptions from Civil Recovery) Order 2003^f1 is inserted “Regulations made under section 94 of the Armed Forces Act 2006 (property in possession of service police or CO)”.
