Paragraph 32 Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Scotland) Regulations 2006

(1)

The Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Scotland) Regulations 2006^f1 are amended as follows.

(2)

In regulation 8(1)(c) (enhanced criminal record certificates: relevant police forces) for “the Royal Navy Regulating Branch, the Royal Marines Police” is substituted “the Royal Navy Police”.

(3)

In regulation 17 (appropriate bodies to pay fees)—

(a)

in paragraph (a) for “Royal Navy Regulating Branch” is substituted “Royal Navy Police”; and

(b)

paragraph (b) is revoked.
