The Social Security (Benefit) (Members of the Forces) Regulations 1975f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3(1) (unemployment benefit) “, cashiered” is omitted, and for “Naval Discipline Act” to “or the Air Force Act 1955” is substituted “Armed Forces Act 2006”.

In regulation 3(3) “, cashiered” and “, cashiering” are omitted.
