  "text": "In relation to an appeal or application for leave to appeal from a court-martial, section 37 of CMAA 1968 has effect as if for the words “a record of the proceedings of the Court Martial” there were substituted “a record of the proceedings of the court-martial and any petition presented by the appellant or applicant”.",
