  "text": "The sentences to which section 294 of AFA 2006 (rank or rate of WOs and NCOs while in custody or detention) applies include—\n(a) a custodial sentence passed in respect of an SDA offence;\n(b) an SDA custodial sentence; and\n(c) an SDA sentence of service detention.",
