  "text": "Any finding or sentence which, immediately before commencement, is to be treated by virtue of section 113AA of AA 1955 or AFA 1955, section 71 of NDA 1957 or paragraph 20 of Schedule 3 to AFA 1976 as having been made or passed by a court-martial or Standing Civilian Court is to continue to be treated for all purposes as having been made or passed by that court.",
