  "text": "No amendment by AFA 2006 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 —\n(a) causes a conviction which, immediately before the amendment came into force, was spent (within the meaning of that Order) to cease to be spent; or\n(b) has the effect of increasing the rehabilitation period (within the meaning of that Order) in respect of a conviction which occurred before commencement.",
