# The Armed Forces Act 2006 (Transitional Provisions etc) Order 2009, Paragraph 31: Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989


In Article 70 of the Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (interpretation), the reference to the Court Martial or the Service Civilian Court includes a court-martial or a Standing Civilian Court.
