# The Armed Forces Act 2006 (Transitional Provisions etc) Order 2009, Paragraph 41: Police Act 1997


In the definition of “criminal proceedings” in section 108(1) of the Police Act 1997 (interpretation of Part 3), the reference to a service offence includes an SDA offence.
