In sections 54(4) and 68(1) of the International Criminal Court Act 2001 (offences in relation to the International Criminal Court), the references to a person subject to UK service jurisdiction include a person who was, at the time when the act in question was committed, subject to military or air-force law or to NDA 1957 or a civilian subject to the SDAs.
