# The Armed Forces Act 2006 (Transitional Provisions etc) Order 2009, Paragraph 17: Notification requirements under Counter-Terrorism Act 2008


In each of the following provisions of Schedule 6 to the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (application of notification requirements to service offences), the reference to imprisonment includes detention in a young offender institution—
(a) paragraph 5(1)(a)(ii);
(b) paragraph 7(2)(b) and (3).
