  "text": "(1) Section 33 of that Act (rules for grant of authorisations of surveillance etc) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (6)(d)—\n(a) for “Royal Navy Regulating Branch,” substitute “ Royal Navy Police ”;\n(b) for “person subject to service discipline” substitute “ person subject to service law or a civilian subject to service discipline ”.\n(3) For subsection (7) substitute—\n“(7) In subsection (6) “subject to service law” and “civilian subject to service discipline” have the same meanings as in the Armed Forces Act 2006.”",
