# Armed Forces Act 2006, Paragraph 172


In section 34(4)(g) of that Act (persons entitled to grant authorisation in the senior officer's absence)—
(a) for “Royal Navy Regulating Branch” substitute “ Royal Navy Police ”;
(b) for “that Branch” substitute “ that force ”.
