# Armed Forces Act 2006, Paragraph 186


In section 81(2) of that Act (extent)—
(a) in paragraph (a) for “courts-martial or the Courts-Martial Appeal Court” substitute “ the Court Martial or the Court Martial Appeal Court ”;
(b) omit paragraph (h).
