# Armed Forces Act 2006, Paragraph 243


In section 245(2) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (interpretation), for “Army Act 1955 (3 & 4 Eliz 2 c. 18)” substitute “ Armed Forces Act 2006 ”.
