# Armed Forces Act 2006, Paragraph 245


In section 354(2) of the Gambling Act 2005 (Crown application), for the words from “Her Majesty's” to the end substitute “ any of Her Majesty's forces (within the meaning of the Armed Forces Act 2006). ”
