  "text": "In section 36 (powers exercisable by single judge) in subsection (1)—\n(a) omit “under this Part of this Act”;\n(b) omit paragraph (a);\n(c) after paragraph (c) insert—\n“(ca) to make orders, or impose requirements, under section 20(1E);”;\n(d) in paragraph (g) omit the words from “and the power” to the end;\n(e) after paragraph (h) insert—\n“(i) to give a direction under section 3(4) of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 (direction disapplying provision as to anonymity of victim);\n(j) to give leave under section 14(4B) of the Criminal Appeal Act 1995 (leave to add grounds of appeal on reference by Criminal Cases Review Commission);”.",
