  "text": "(1) This section applies in relation to an offence under section 42 as respects which the corresponding offence under the law of England and Wales is an offence under section 13(1ZA) of the Terrorism Act 2000 (wearing or displaying articles in support of proscribed organisation).\n(2) Section 13 (4) to (7) of the Terrorism Act 2000 (powers of seizure) applies in relation to the offence under section 42 as it applies to an offence under section 13(1ZA) of the Terrorism Act 2000, but reading references to a constable as references to a service policeman.",
