  "text": "Until the coming into force of paragraph 8 of Schedule 17 to the Coroners and Justice Act 2009, section 270A of the 2006 Act (inserted by paragraph 20(2) of Schedule 3 to the 2011 Act) has effect as if the following were omitted—\n(a) in subsection (3)(a), the words “, or member State service offence,”;\n(b) subsection (3)(c);\n(c) subsection (8)(a).",
