# The Armed Forces Act 2011 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional and Transitory Provisions) Order 2012, Article 13: Exception to restriction on community punishments


Until the coming into force of paragraph 8 of Schedule 17 to the Coroners and Justice Act 2009, section 270A of the 2006 Act (inserted by paragraph 20(2) of Schedule 3 to the 2011 Act) has effect as if the following were omitted—
(a) in subsection (3)(a), the words “, or member State service offence,”;
(b) subsection (3)(c);
(c) subsection (8)(a).
