  "heading": "Provisions coming into force on 2nd April 2012",
  "text": "The following provisions of the 2011 Act shall come into force on 2nd April 2012—\n(a) sections 2, 3, 5, 12, 13, 15, 18, 19, 20 and 27;\n(b) section 14 and Schedule 1;\n(c) section 26 and Schedule 2;\n(d) section 29 and the remainder of Schedule 3;\n(e) section 30(1) so far as is necessary to bring into force paragraphs 1, 2, and 9 of Schedule 4;\n(f) section 30(2) so far as is necessary to bring into force—\n(i) the entries in Schedule 5 relating to—\nthe Naval Medical Compassionate Fund Act 1915;\nthe Defence (Transfer of Functions) (No. 1) Order 1964;\nthe Juries Act 1974;\nthe Reserve Forces Act 1996;\nthe Courts Act 2003;\nthe Civil Partnership Act 2004;\nsections 125, 164(3), 194(6), 293, 375(5) and 380(9) of the 2006 Act;\nthe Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008;\nthe Naval Medical Compassionate Fund Order 2008;\nthe Coroners and Justice Act 2009;\nthe Armed Forces (Court Martial) Rules 2009;\n(ii) paragraph (b) of the entry in that Schedule relating to section 305 of the 2006 Act.",
