The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 32(3) of the Armed Forces Act 2011:

## 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2011 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2012.

## 2 Citation and interpretation

In this Order “the Act” means the Armed Forces Act 2011.

## 3 Commencement

The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 14th December 2012—
(a) sections 7 and 22;
(b) section 30(1) so far as is necessary to bring into force paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of Schedule 4; and
(c) section 30(2) so far as is necessary to bring into force the entry in Schedule 5 relating to section 336(3) of the Armed Forces Act 2006.
