The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) of the Armed Forces Act 2011:

## 1 Citation and interpretation

This order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2011 (Commencement No.3) Order 2013.

## 2 Citation and interpretation

In this Order “the Act” means the Armed Forces Act 2011.

## 3 Commencement

Section 25 of the Act shall come into force on 6th April 2013.
