  "text": "The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st November 2013—\n(a) section 9;\n(b) sections 10 and 11 so far as not already in force;\n(c) section 16(1);\n(d) section 30(1) so far as is necessary to bring into force paragraphs 3(1), (2) and (4), 4, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Schedule 4;\n(e) section 30(2) so far as is necessary to bring into force the entries in Schedule 5 relating to sections 305, 306, 307 and 308 of the Armed Forces Act 2006.",
