# Armed Forces Act 2011, Paragraph 6


(1) Section 125 of AFA 2006 (powers of Director of Service Prosecutions in respect of charge allocated for Court Martial trial) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)—
(a) insert “ or ” after paragraph (a); and
(b) omit paragraph (c) and the “or” preceding it.
(3) Omit subsection (4).
