  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThis is the fifth set of commencement regulations made under the Armed Forces Act 2016 (c. 21) (“the Act”). They bring sections 7 to 9 and 12 of the Act into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.\nThe Armed Forces Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2024 (S.I. 2024/562) brought sections 10 and 11 of the Act into force on 17th April 2024, for the purpose of making subordinate legislation only. These Regulations bring sections 10 and 11 fully into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.",
