  "heading": "Commencement of sections 7 to 12 of the Act",
  "text": "(1) Sections 7 (immunity from prosecution), 8 (undertakings as to use of evidence), 9 (reduction in sentence) and 12 (supplementary provision) of the Act come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.\n(2) Sections 10 (review of sentence following offer of assistance) and 11 (review of sentence following failure to assist) of the Act come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made, in so far as they are not already in force.",
