  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations bring into force sections 15 and 16 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Armed Forces Act 2021 (c. 35) (“the Act”) on 1 April 2023, in so far as they are not already in force. They also bring into force section 11 of the Act on 20 February 2023 to enable regulations to be made under sections 340P and 340R of the Armed Forces Act 2006.\nFour earlier Commencement Regulations, (S.I. 2022/471 (C. 17)), (S.I. 2022/625 (C. 33)), (S.I. 2022/1095 (C. 87)) and (S.I. 2022/1161 (C. 89)), were made before the date of these Regulations.",
