  "text": "(1) Section 63A of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (fingerprints and samples: supplementary provision) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1A)—\n(a) after paragraph (b) insert—\n“(ba) the tri-service serious crime unit;”;\n(b) in paragraph (d), for “(c)” substitute “(ba)”.\n(3) After subsection (1B) insert—\n“(1BA) In subsection (1A) “tri-service serious crime unit” means the unit described in section 375(1A) of the Armed Forces Act 2006.”",
