  "text": "(1) AFA 2006 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 61(1) (sections 55 to 60: exceptions to time limits for charging and interpretation) for “section 120 or 122” substitute “any of sections 120 to 122”.\n(3) In section 373(3) (orders, regulations and rules: affirmative procedure) after “A statutory instrument containing” insert “(whether alone or with other provision)”.",
