# The Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 16th September 2008.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation) Scheme Order 2005.
