# The Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2008, Article 5: Amendment of article 8 (injury made worse by service)


In article 8(1) after “the predominant cause of the worsening of the injury and” insert “, subject to articles 15(1A), 15A(1), 15B(1) and 15C(1),”.
