# The Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) (Amendment) Order 2006, Article 3: Amendment of article 8 (injury made worse by service) of the principal Order


In article 8(1) after “in each case” insert “service was the predominant cause of the worsening of the injury and”.
