# The Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 13: Amendment of article 48 (review – exceptional circumstances)


(1) In article 48(1) after “injury benefit” insert “or of an additional multiple injury lump sum”.
(2) In article 48(2) after the first use of the words “final decision” insert “to award injury benefit”.
