  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 (the tariff and supplementary awards), Part 1 (descriptors, tariff levels and amounts – “the tariff”) is amended as follows.\n(2) In Table 3 (mental disorders) substitute—\n“(*) Mental disorders must be diagnosed by a registered mental health professional (doctor, psychologist or nurse) working as part of a multidisciplinary mental health team which is overseen by a named consultant clinical lead.”\nfor—\n“(*) Mental disorders must be diagnosed by a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist at consultant grade.”.\n(3) In Table 8 (fractures and dislocations) after item 41 insert—\n“\n41A\n13\nFracture of coccyx which has required or is expected to require operative treatment and has caused or is expected to cause significant functional limitation beyond 26 weeks.\n”.\n(4) For Table 10 (tariff amounts), substitute—\n“\nTable 10\nTariff Amounts\nColumn (a)\nLevel\nColumn (b)\nAmount\n1\n£674,700\n2\n£502,496\n3\n£406,273\n4\n£310,051\n5\n£187,100\n6\n£149,680\n7\n£96,223\n8\n£64,148\n9\n£42,766\n10\n£28,867\n11\n£16,572\n12\n£10,691\n13\n£6,415\n14\n£3,207\n15\n£1,283\n”.",
