# The Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2005 (Revoked 9.5.2011), Article 12: Modifications of provisions for members or former members of the reserve forces and Gurkhas

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Schedule 2 shall have effect for the modification of certain provisions of this Order in relation to the reserve forces.
(2) Schedule 3 shall have effect for the modification of certain provisions of this Order in relation to Gurkhas or former Gurkhas who are not members of the AFPS 1975 or the AFPS 2005.
