# The Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2005 (Revoked 9.5.2011), Article 65: Transitory provision: Coming into force of the Civil Partnership Act 2004

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Until such time as Section 1 of the Civil Partnerships Act 2004 comes into force, this Order has effect with the omission of references to civil partners and civil partnerships.
