# The Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011, Article 15: Description of benefits - injury

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Benefits payable for injury are—
(a) a lump sum;
(b) a supplementary award;
(c) a guaranteed income payment payable until death;
(ca) armed forces independence payment;
(d) a fast payment; and
(e) medical expenses.
(2) Schedule 3 has effect for the purpose of determining—
(a) the descriptor;
(b) the tariff level;
(c) the amount of a lump sum;
(d) the conditions relating to payment of a supplementary award; and
(e) the amount of a supplementary award.
