Article 2 Compensation limits

The sum which may not be exceeded on an award of stoppages—

(a)

by a court-martial under the Army Act 1955 or the Air Force Act 1955;

(b)

under the Naval Discipline Act 1957,

in respect of any offence occasioning personal injury of which a person is convicted or any other such offence which is taken into consideration in determining sentence, is £5,000.00.
