# The Armed Forces (Custody Proceedings) Rules 2009, Article 14: Arranging a hearing


Where the court administration officer receives notification under rule 24(1)(a), 25(1)(a) or 26(1)(a) or an application under rule 29(1) he shall, after consultation with the Judge Advocate General, determine the time and place of any hearing.
