  "text": "(1) Where—\n(a) a notification required to be given to the court administration officer under rule 24(1)(a), 25(1)(a) or 26(1)(a) is given orally, or\n(b) a request under rule 27(1) is made orally,\nthe commanding officer shall ensure that a written notice containing the information given in support of the notification or request is served on the court administration officer as soon as practicable thereafter.",
