  "text": "(1) In this Schedule—\n“the Army Rules” means the Army Custody Rules 2000;\n“commencement” means the date on which these Rules come into force;\n“custody proceedings” means proceedings under the Custody Rules;\n“the Custody Rules” means the RN Rules, the Army Rules and the RAF Rules (or any of them);\n“the RAF Rules” means the Air Force Custody Rules 2000;\n“the RN Rules” means the Navy Custody Rules 2000;\n“the SDAs” means the Army Act 1955, the Air Force Act 1955 and the Naval Discipline Act 1957.",
