# The Armed Forces (Custody Proceedings) Rules 2009, Paragraph 7: Directions etc


(1) A direction, order or ruling given or made in custody proceedings by a judicial officer (within the meaning of the Custody Rules) has effect in as if made in proceedings under these Rules by the judge advocate for those proceedings.
(2) A summons issued under Custody Rules shall have effect as if issued under these Rules.
