# The Armed Forces (Enhanced Learning Credit Scheme and Further and Higher Education Commitment Scheme) (Amendment) Order 2015, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order extends the availability of the Armed Forces Further and Higher Education Commitment Scheme to include qualifying courses and persons in Northern Ireland. The amendment also places a cap upon the fees that may be paid under the scheme to institutions offering qualifying courses of study to qualifying persons in Northern Ireland.
