  "text": "(1) The Scheme set out in Part 3 of this Order has effect and is to be known as “the ELC Scheme”.\n(2) The Scheme set out in Part 4 of this Order has effect and is to be known as “the FHEC Scheme”.\n(3) The Scheme Administrator shall administer both Schemes.",
