# The Armed Forces (Enhanced Learning Credit Scheme and Further and Higher Education Commitment Scheme) Order 2012, Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Scheme set out in Part 3 of this Order has effect and is to be known as “the ELC Scheme”.
(2) The Scheme set out in Part 4 of this Order has effect and is to be known as “the FHEC Scheme”.
(3) The Scheme Administrator shall administer both Schemes.
