# The Armed Forces (Entry, Search and Seizure) Order 2003, Article 6: Special provisions as to access


A service policeman may obtain access to excluded material or special procedure material on relevant residential premises for the purposes of an investigation of an offence to which section 5 applies by making an application under Schedule 1 and in accordance with that Schedule.
